• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders across India.

If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available alternatives or process a refund, if applicable.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹349.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of ₹349 or more.

Shipping offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2 to 3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if you request the order to be re-shipped.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If possible, refuse delivery if the package appears significantly damaged.
